IDS-322 is an innovative serial networking server that provides 2 RS-232/422/485 serial ports to 2 Ethernet ports, supporting multiple working modes: Virtual Com, Serial Tunnel, TCP Server, TCP Client, and UDP. In addition, the Windows network management software DS Tool can configure multiple serial port networking servers and set up Virtual Com mapping at once. IDS-322 can simultaneously send data to 5 redundant hosts to avoid Ethernet interruptions or host computer failures. In addition, IDS-322 supports HTTPS, SSH, and SSL encryption to ensure the transmission of critical data.
IDS-322 supports 12~48VDC redundant power input to ensure uninterrupted operation. Not only that, IDS-322 also provides PoE PD functionality, complies with the IEEE 802.3af standard, and offers 1kV isolation protection. Supports a wide temperature range of -40~70 ℃, with an IP30 protection level, and can work in harsh environments. Therefore, IDS-322 is a solution for serial device networking applications.
